About Step Into Teaching:
Step Into Teaching is a dynamic program designed to help graduates gain hands‑on experience in education while inspiring young minds. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their journey into teaching or SEN‑focused careers.
The Role:
* Start Date: ASAP - July 2026
* Job Type: Full time - Monday to Friday
* Pay: £540-£560 per week (Term‑time only)
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with students with a range of Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
* Provide one‑to‑one and small group interventions to support academic and emotional development.
* Help create a positive and supportive learning environment where all students can succeed.
* Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

The Ideal Graduate Must:
* Holds a bachelor’s degree in any subject.
