About the role
As a Store Manager at Booker, you'll use your skills to help our business grow. Your role involves building relationships with local business owners—cafes, pubs, restaurants, retailers—to meet their needs and help their businesses thrive. Our stores, or Business Centres, focus on local B2C customers, positively impacting the communities they serve. We go beyond providing products at the right price; we also support local businesses through initiatives like recycling fats for fish and chip shops or offering business support.
You will be responsible for

You will need
To succeed, you should have experience in the food sector, strong customer rapport skills, and the ability to lead and develop teams. You must be driven, disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment that includes online and delivery services. Above all, you'll be passionate about your store and dedicated to its success.
