Hours: 40 hour week Monday - Friday
Pay: £24-26k
As a Renewables Admin and Planner, your responsibilities include
The purpose of the role is to act as the focal point of our renewables install team, providing a high level of customer service across multiple contracts and projects.
* Scheduling jobs with customers across multiple contracts.
* Taking ownership of the administration of contracts whilst co‑working on various other contracts to ensure high levels of cooperation and knowledge within the team.
* Raising jobs and making appointments using the main customer database and completing any associated administrative tasks as necessary, logging information accurately and concisely.
* Some of the below tasks to be completed daily
o MCS handover packs
o DNO applications
o Building regulations notifications
o Client Portal submissions
o Job status tracking Q/A follow‑up
o Tracking installation
o Bookings survey
o Bookings Q/A
The successful candidate will have
* Previous administrative experience, preferably from a social housing/ECO background.
* Ability to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills.
