Were seeking skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse's to deliver high-quality. you will deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health care, working collaboratively with service users, carers, GPs, social work, and third-sector partners. You will play a key role in assessment, care coordination, crisis intervention, and ongoing support for adults with a range of mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding nursing care
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Provide support, education, and reassurance to families and carers
Monitor and assess patient progress, responding to changes promptly
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Supporting in the community
Maintaining active engagement
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience
Registered with the NMC
PMVA Trained
Based in Scotland
A valid driving license with access to your own car (Preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
