Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Worthing
Salary: £85 to £95 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our supportive team at a welcoming school in Worthing. This is your chance to play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
* Adapt learning activities to meet the individual needs of students with SEN
* Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring students are engaged and progressing
* Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every student feels valued
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and parents as required
Requirements of SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
* Understanding of the unique challenges faced by students with SEN
* Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
* Ability to establish trust and rapport with students and colleagues
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN or education (desirable but not essential)
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting student development
