Engenda Group are looking for a Proposals Engineer to support the delivery of high quality, competitive proposals across petrochemical, wastewater, power, and energy projects.
No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in supporting the business to win work and drive project success from the very beginning.

This isn’t just a desk based role, you’ll also engage with key stakeholders, contributing to strategy and gaining visibility across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing high quality technical and commercial proposals.
* Reviewing client enquiries and specifications to develop competitive solutions.
* Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to build accurate cost estimates.
* Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options within bids.
* Supporting bid reviews and ensuring submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
