Our well-established and growing client is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis in Gloucester. This is a varied role providing essential administrative and finance support across the business. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations while also supporting customer account administration and finance processes. Responsibilities: -Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries -Managing office filing systems, records, and databases -Coordinating meetings, appointments, and staff calendars -Raising and processing customer invoices -Maintaining accurate customer account and sales ledger records -Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies -Monitoring outstanding payments and following up overdue accounts -Processing credit notes and refunds where required -Allocating incoming payments accurately
