Administrator - Community Mental Health Team

As an integrated Trust, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) delivers a comprehensive range of services, including:
* Primary and secondary mental health care for children and adults, including specialist inpatient child and adolescent mental health provision, perinatal mental health, and forensic services with low and medium secure care.
* Specialist mental health inpatient care for individuals with learning disabilities, alongside specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support.
* Extensive community physical health and well‑being services for children and adults, covering prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and long‑term condition management.
The Trust was first established in 2002 and employs approximately 7,500 staff who provide care from more than 400 sites.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Fylde Coast Admin Team – Community Mental Health Team Fylde & Wyre.
15 hours per week – days TBC – ideally Monday & Friday.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will undertake a wide range of administrative duties and provide administrative support within the Community Mental Health Team, Fylde & Wyre (CMHT F&W), coordinating their activities to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided. The post holder will have a good standard of education and communication skills, and previous administration experience is essential. They will also provide reception and telephone service, therefore experience of communicating and dealing with people is required, as are excellent interpersonal and customer care skills. The post holder will be required to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important, with the ability to process and generate routine correspondence.

* Administrative qualification at NVQ Level 2/RSA 2 OCR Level 1 or 2 or equivalent experience.
Knowledge
* Working with databases.
