Your role in resourcing will be about more than policies and procedures; it’s about creating an inspiring workplace culture, fostering individual growth, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact across our team.
* Work with the UK Resource Manager, the Resourcing Group, and the recruitment team to review and develop the resourcing strategy.
* Define processes to support effective resource use across the firm.
* Support the rollout of firm-wide planning software to streamline resource utilization.
* Ensure clients are provided with the best teams, combining industry experience with technical knowledge for maximum commercial advantage.
* Negotiate with senior stakeholders to meet resourcing and strategic needs.
* Provide pragmatic advice on manpower planning and resource management.
* Match staff appropriately to challenging and developmental roles.
* Balance individual needs with business requirements.
* Ensure optimal utilization and revenue, considering commercial aspects and providing appropriate challenge when needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Resourcing experience in Professional Services or a commercial environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to interact with empathy, impact, and discretion; build trusted relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
* Commercial mindset.
* Excellent planning, prioritization, multitasking, and workload management skills.
* Relationship management experience, influencing and negotiating at all levels.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Willingness to travel to build networks and relationships.
* Ability to influence strategic decisions through effective presentation of information.
