Our client is a well-established and fast-growing Scottish business finance brokerage with a specialist focus in Invoice Finance solutions. With a modern, collaborative approach to funding and an enviable network of lenders, they are known for delivering smart, tailored results for SME clients across the UK.
Their Glasgow-based team is led by highly respected, down-to-earth leadership—and they are now looking to expand their footprint further by bringing on an experienced Regional Sales Manager.
The Role
As Regional Sales Manager – Invoice Finance, you’ll be responsible for:
* Generating and managing new business leads across the UK, with a focus on Invoice Finance opportunities
* Building trusted relationships with business owners, introducers, and lenders
* Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to successful funding
* Representing the business at networking events and maintaining a strong market presence
* Working closely with the senior leadership team to help shape sales strategy and identify growth areas
What You’ll Bring
* Proven track record in Invoice Finance sales – either lender or broker side
* Strong introducer network or the ability to build one quickly
* Self-motivated and comfortable in a hybrid or remote working model
* Confident communicator with excellent commercial instincts
* A positive, proactive mindset and a real interest in helping SMEs succeed
