Overview:
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer required by a highly innovative business in their collaborative engineered products team. This company develops new technology that has a beneficial impact on the environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and development of new engineered products using 3D SolidWorks.
2. Work from initial concept through to final deployment.
3. Utilise advanced CAD modelling, physical prototyping and performance testing.
4. Collaborate across teams with staff and licensing partners.
5. Engage with internal teams and external business partners to deliver optimal solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong 3D SolidWorks skills.
2. A proven track record in leading design projects from concept to completion.
3. Mechanically biased with an understanding of electromechanical systems involving fluids, pumps, and motors.
4. Experience in leading designs and collaborating with others to deliver complex technical information via reports and presentations.
