What you’ll do:
Our mission is to provide outstanding care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. Every day is different, but your role will focus on:

Providing personal care and physical support
*
Supporting life skills, including shopping, money management, and household tasks
*
Encouraging socialising, hobbies, and attending community activities
*
Delivering personalised support plans tailored to each individual’s needs

No previous experience is required – we provide full training. What we can’t teach are values like kindness, compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference. If you have these, you’re already perfect for the role.
