About The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team and make a real impact. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process, helping new starters feel welcome and set up for success from day one. You’ll be the go-to person for guiding candidates through their first steps, managing everything from preparing documentation and setting up systems to liaising with managers and other stakeholders to deliver a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new starters.
* Prepare and issue employment documentation, including contracts and offer letters.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
* Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, providing accurate and timely advice.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in an HR support role is desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems would be an advantage.
