Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented individual with experience in campaign management to join our Marketing team. You will manage the development and activation of integrated brand, communications, and campaigns, ensuring our social media strategy and content support our brand objectives. This is a 12-month FTC.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the development and delivery of brand and partnership campaigns, collaborating with various teams.
* Develop agency briefs and work with relevant teams and agency partners to strategize and execute creative platforms and channel plans.
* Champion the role of insight within campaigns, staying updated with the latest research and understanding our audience segmentation.
* Evaluate and monitor campaign effectiveness to optimize delivery and inform future activities.
* Develop communications strategies and align them with other AXA entities.
* Manage consumer PR and thought leadership campaigns in partnership with corporate affairs teams.
* Oversee agency partners to ensure effective delivery.
* Ensure campaign and communication integration across the business for consistency.
* Build effective customer journeys and integrate channels for cohesive storytelling.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in delivering high-profile, integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with in-house or agency experience in consumer brand campaigns. They should possess a deep understanding of earned, owned, shared, and paid media channels, along with excellent project, stakeholder, and budget management skills. Strong analytical, creative, and collaborative abilities are essential, as well as confidence in presenting to senior leadership. A passion for marketing and health is desirable.

We offer a competitive salary (£50,000 - £60,000), performance bonuses, pension, health cover, and other benefits. This role offers a flexible working pattern, with at least 40% of work from home, increasing to the majority of the week from September 2025.
