Team Leader (SIPP/SSAS)
£36,000 to £40,000 plus benefits
A well-established pension firm that offers first-class guidance to HNW clients and Financial Advisors is seeking a Team Leader. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a senior member of staff to join the management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of SIPP/SSAS services.
Your primary role will be people management, including:
1. Workload distribution
2. Staff development
3. Marketing
4. Training
5. Coaching
6. Recruitment
7. Acting as a point of contact for clients
To succeed in this role, you should be a senior account manager, technician, or people manager within the SIPP and SSAS sectors. Excellent communication skills and a positive, progressive management style are essential.
