We are seeking an IT Site Service Delivery Manager (m/f/x). This role will oversee the delivery and support of local personal computing services, desk-side support, end-user requests, and related infrastructure services across our UK and Ireland sites, serving approximately 10,000 users. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing the digital experience for our commercial sites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate reliable delivery of IT Technology Services, including Infrastructure & Networking, End User Services, and Information Security & Risk Management.
* Serve as on-site Point of Contact for Technology Services, incident and service requests, and as a critical contact for IT Managed Service Partners, Business Units, and clients.
* Interpret and maintain operational reports on SLAs and key metrics.
* Lead service review meetings and governance activities.
* Drive continuous improvement plans for service quality and levels.
* Lead End User Training and Adoption activities for key Technology Services.
* Manage and support a team of Site Delivery Leads, focusing on people management and development.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in operating infrastructure services such as Service Desk, network, workplace, data centers, or cloud environments, with ITIL process knowledge.
* Experience in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
* Desirable skills include Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Intelligent Automation.
* Understanding of human-centered design principles for delivering user-centric solutions is a plus.
