Responsibilities
* Provide an effective service for all patients referred to the Radiology Department.
* Contribute to the delivery of a high quality Radiology Service across the Trust and Community.
* Work together with other staff to promote a smooth and efficient workflow through the department.
* Be proactive and forward thinking.
* Participate in a range of shifts, including evening, weekend and all Bank Holidays, working across both the County Hospital site and the Community Diagnostic Centre.
* Assist the Radiology Admin Manager in undertaking regular reviews of the office protocols and guidelines by providing advice on changes in working processes.
* Undertake any other clerical duties that may be necessary for the speedy progression of both results and patients through the department, including secretarial support as required.
Work Schedule
The position is 37.5 hours. We have a variety of shifts. The hours will include evening, weekends and all Bank Holidays as we work 365 days a year, although this is worked on a rotational and fair basis.
