Our Contact Centre is looking to recruit a permanent member of staff to join our busy and customer-focused Contact Centre team. The successful applicant will have the ability to deal with council customers, both internal and external, on a “one to one” basis, both in person and over the phone. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be capable of logging and managing enquiries using internal systems.
