As Head of FP&A and Finance Transformation, you'll partner closely with our CFO and Commercial Finance Director, combining oversight of core FP&A with a mandate to modernise finance for the long term.**What You'll Be Doing:*** Lead consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across our Operating Companies, delivering clear insight to the CFO, CEO, and Board* Define and drive our finance transformation roadmap, modernising systems, championing automation, and embedding AI-driven forecasting and self-service reporting* Act as a trusted strategic advisor, translating financial data into compelling narratives that influence decisions at the most senior levels* Build strong cross-functional relationships across Operations, HR, IT, and Commercial, representing Finance in governance forums and steering committees* Lead, inspire, and develop your FP&A team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture built on curiosity and continuous improvement**What We're Looking For:**We're looking for a collaborative, commercially astute finance leader who combines strong technical expertise with genuine people skills.
