A Business Support Manager role has become available, primarily working with our Specialist Mental Health teams, including CAMHS and Older People. The role involves close collaboration with other Business Support colleagues and the Trust’s support functions.

Key responsibilities include working with care group leads to support service delivery, collaborating with BI colleagues for data analysis and insights, performance monitoring, supporting care group delivery plans, working with Business Partners (finance and people) to maximize support for clinical services, and proactively leading strategic programs, service development, business cases, performance, reporting, and milestone achievement.
This work is carried out in close partnership with frontline operational teams.
