Kennedys is seeking a motivated Litigation Assistant to join our Serious and Catastrophic Injury team in Manchester. In this role, you will provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases for a diverse range of external clients.

You will assist with a variety of complex motor claims, including those that are sensitive and have garnered national media attention.
Responsibilities
* Assist with a range of high-value personal injury and motor claims, including those requiring sensitive handling and national media attention.
* Support on large loss and catastrophic injury cases arising from motor, employer liability (EL), and public liability (PL) accidents.
* Contribute to cases managed by Kennedys’ Serious and Catastrophic Injury team, which handles brain and spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma, brachial plexus injuries, severe psychiatric injuries, chronic pain, and loss of senses.
* Collaborate with clients, insurers, and internal teams to deliver modern, innovative solutions, including Kennedys’ in-house R&D capability and technology tools.
* Assist on high-value personal injury claims and high-profile group litigation.
Required Experience / Qualifications
* 1–2+ years’ relevant experience*
* Litigation experience in personal injury defense work
* Experience assisting on large cases in a team environment
* Strong written communication skills
