Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our prestigious, Aylesbury based client. immediate starts are available and this is being recruited on a Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to branch into the recruitment sector and build upon your previous, Sales, Customer Service and Account Management experience. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be sales focused with the objective of running a busy desk, there are positions available amongst a number of departments / sectors. The Purpose of your role is to: * Grow a sector specific desk through generating recruitment fees * Achieve personal sales and commercial targets * Promote and be an example for the company brand and values * Develop your career Duties, Responsibilities and Objectives: * Use computer systems and web tools to research and develop your network and discover good candidates * Communicate effectively with candidates (by phone, video links, face to face, at conferences). * Keep accurate records of all interactions on the database (CRM). Recruiter- all the above, plus: * Understand the candidate’s motivations and control the recruitment process * Demonstrate your understanding of industry career progression and the range of roles * Arrange and attend Candidate meetings and interviews * Create your own individual business plan, knowing how to hit your milestones Person Specification - Skills and Experience required: * A minimum of 6 months in a sales orientated position * Proven experience delivering on a sales pipeline, handling deals from start to finish * Driven and motivated to succeed, be results driven * Have a solid business awareness What’s on offer: * Starting salary of £25,300 * Fantastic Commission structure * Modern offices * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 Application: If you would like to apply for the role, please apply directly through CV library, or through our Sky Personnel website
