Role Overview
Do you have a passion for delivering top-notch service to clients? IDEX are have an exciting opportunity for you to join an Insurance Broker in Leamington Spa. This is a hybrid role requiring you in the office 2 days per week. They value entrepreneurial spirit, dynamism, and a fun work environment.
Responsibilities
* Providing quotations for general commercial and package policies via various communication channels.
* Placing insurance coverage as per client instructions.
* Managing renewals, including inviting and confirming them with clients.
* Handling mid-term adjustments.
* Assisting with claim issues when necessary.
* Collaborating with Account Executives to meet clients\' needs and contribute to our business objectives and growth.
Qualifications and Skills
* Knowledge of general commercial and package insurance policies.
* Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance importance.
* Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
* Proficiency in working with IT systems, with Acturis platform knowledge being a plus.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Client-centric approach and a drive to succeed.
