Develop and implement capacity planning methods to improve accuracy and identify potential bottlenecks. Resolve project delays by collaborating with multiple departments to minimize impact. Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within NPI processes. Work closely with the business to plan future requirements based on forecasted demand and analysis. Skills and Experience Required: Strong understanding of manufacturing and business processes (preferably). Project management expertise, including knowledge of Gantt charts and CAD software (SolidWorks is a plus). Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving cross-functional projects. Ability to work with diverse teams and influence outcomes. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is a bonus. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
