We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Music Manager to join our team.

This role involves overseeing music programmes, coordinating events, and fostering a vibrant community of musicians and dancers. The Music Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting musical talents and ensuring that all activities align with our vision of artistic excellence.
Duties
* Develop and manage music programmes that cater to diverse audiences and skill levels.
* Coordinate rehearsals, performances, and workshops, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
* Collaborate with musicians, dancers, and teaching staff to create engaging content for events.
* Utilise public speaking skills to promote events and engage with the community effectively.
* Teach music-related classes or workshops as needed, sharing knowledge and fostering talent development.
* Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including students, parents, and external partners.
* Monitor the progress of music programmes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a music management or similar role is preferred.
* Strong dancing ability is advantageous for integrating movement into musical performances.
* Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with various audiences.
* Teaching experience in music or related fields is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships within the community.
