This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and environmentally responsible delivery of operations across multiple sites. It’s a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to influence culture, raise standards and champion best practice at a national level. The RoleAs the Health & Safety Manager, you will: Lead on health, safety and environmental compliance in line with UK legislation and company standards. Carry out inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and mitigate risks. Support teams with safety documentation, risk management and environmental plans. Investigate incidents and near misses, producing clear reports and corrective actions. Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and training to embed a positive safety culture. Act as the main point of contact with regulatory bodies. Promote sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, pollution prevention and carbon reduction.
