Associate Director - Cost Management (Construction)

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team, working with Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education, and Tech clients. You will be self-motivated, driven to establish Turner & Townsend as the #1 Consultancy, and responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team while promoting our values.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
2. Professional qualification (RICS or similar).
3. Degree or HNC level qualification.
4. Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
