Job Details
* Job Title: Teaching Assistant
* Location: Red Kite School, Buckinghamshire, HP27 0JW
* Salary: £22,300 per annum (not pro rata)
* Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
* Type: Permanent, Term Time Only
* Start Date: October 2025

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with our brilliant pupils, helping them get the very best from their education.
You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, gaining plenty of hands-on experience while also working under supervision.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils’ emotional and physical needs, helping them develop as individuals and engage with the world.
* Supporting pupils with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs is both important and rewarding work.
Requirements
* GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Some experience working with SEN pupils or within a school setting
* Adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors, according to individual pupil needs
Qualifications
Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent)
