Our Culture & Values
STEM for Kids is a growing team of around 15 passionate educators and coordinators who believe STEM is a powerful way to teach children problem-solving, resilience, confidence, and teamwork. We care as much about how children think as what they build. We support one another, take pride in our work, and create an environment where curiosity, effort, and perseverance are celebrated.
Why You’ll Enjoy Working With Us
This role suits someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit, purpose-driven team. You’ll see the direct impact of your work every week — children growing in confidence, instructors feeling supported, and parents trusting the environment we’ve created. If you value meaningful work, teamwork, and helping young people develop life skills through STEM, you’ll feel at home here.
