Solicitor (or Equivalent) MLS Department: Clinical Negligence case auditor and suppor t Medical Law Services (MLS) Location : Hybrid, Liverpool Medical Law Services have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role by applying their clinical negligence expertise to review decisions made by our in house nurse team regarding case acceptance. They will ensure that all appropriate leads have been accepted and that each case has been accurately assessed, including correct identification of allegations, limitation issues, and the appropriate number of defendants. Legal support will also be provided throughout the lifecycle of each case during the MLS process, alongside the delivery of training and feedback to both the legal and nurse teams within MLS to support their ongoing development. Provide training, guidance and support to Medical Law Services and Fletchers lawyers as necessary. To provide legal guidance to the MLS Teams and where needed assist with case progression.
