Description
The Professional Services Administrator / Assistant provides key administrative and business support for a couple of Vice Presidents in EMEA. The role requires good judgment, confidentiality, strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This is a full‑time permanent role requiring work 3 days a week from our office in Farnborough.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
* Arrange and manage rapidly changing and complex global calendars.
* Manage domestic and international travel, flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
* Participate in management team calls, issue agendas, take minutes, and monitor actions.
* Coordinate event planning and project management for executive(s) and customer visits.
* Coordinate divisional workshops, team events, off‑sites, and town halls.
* Process expense reports, ensuring accurate cost allocation and adherence to expense policy.
* Handle Tecom/Freezone visa processing and ensure timely completion of new and renewal visa processes.
* Issue HR letters (salary certificates, employment letters, NOCs).
* Review and prioritize emails and follow up on urgent action items.
* Assist with PPT presentations.
* Communicate positively and professionally with internal and external clients on behalf of the executive.
* Type letters, reports and other correspondence as required.
* Provide general administrative support.

* Proven experience supporting senior executives in a high‑paced environment.
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* High level of flexibility and adaptability.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize an ever‑changing workload.
* Excellent word processing and IT skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, strong sense of urgency.
* Good organizational and time‑management skills.

* Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues.
