Victoria Gate Casino is looking for a dynamic Casino Shift Manager to keep our floors running smoothly, our teams motivated, and our customers coming back for more.
What You'll Do:
• Be a visible and present leader.
• Positively enhance the customer experience through proactive floor management.
• Coach, motivate and empower our team members to deliver engaging customer experience.
• Run operations safely, smoothly & compliant to UK Gambling Commission regulations.
• Drive revenue through commercial and astute decision making.
• Handle customer escalations efficiently and with professionalism.
• Create a welcoming, responsible and fun environment.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven casino management experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of UK gambling regulations.
• Leadership skills that motivate teams and drive results.
• Customer focused
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Calm and confident under pressure.
• PML holder (or willing to obtain).

Additional Information:
• This is not a hybrid or remote based role.
• This role will require night shifts and weekend working.

• Salary - £35,000pa.
