About the Client:A leading geotechnical engineering company are looking for a Receptionist & Operations Assistant to join their team in London on a temporary basis.
About the Receptionist & Operations Assistant role:Working for an international construction contractors with a lovely culture. They are looking for a temp Receptionist to join their team in London, starting out on an initial 3-month temp period. Responsibilities will include:
* Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, managing visitor sign-in
* Answering the phone, directing incoming calls promptly and taking messages
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, organising deliveries
* Manage the email inbox, and meeting room calendars
* Monitor office supplies
* Other ad-hoc duties, as required
Required skills and experience:
* Experience on a corporate reception desk, in a busy varied role
* Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
* Availability to commit for at least 3 months as a temp, with the potential to be extended
Additional information:
* 3-month temporary role, with potential for extension
* Up to £19p/h + holiday pay, based on experience
* Hours 8am - 4:30pm, fully office based with some potential to work from home on a Friday
* Offices located in Paddington
