Khuda Technology is working with a leading Managed Service Provider to find an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support a major enterprise client. The role sits within the infrastructure and cloud operations team and is responsible for the stability, security, and optimisation of on-prem and cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in day-to-day operations, automation, infrastructure improvements, and ensuring technology aligns with business and security objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and optimise on-prem and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and ADFS
2. Administer and support Microsoft Exchange (20102019) and Office 365 environments
3. Manage email gateways and security solutions such as Proofpoint, IronPort, and EOP
4. Monitor and troubleshoot mail flow, message tracking, SPF, DKIM, DAGs, and patching
5. Support collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook
6. Automate infrastructure tasks and operational processes using PowerShell
7. Assist with disaster recovery planning, documentation, and failover testing
