HVAC Engineer (Progression to Supervisor)
£45,000 - £48,500 + Progression + Training + Overtime + Days Only + Monday to Friday

Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a HVAC background looking to get off the tools and progress your career with an ambitious engineering company offering a days-only, Monday-to- Friday supervisory role with further progression into Project Management, plenty of training opportunities to boost your skillset and generous overtime opportunities?
On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious company that offers a comprehensive range of engineering services for industrial and commercial clients. Founded almost 50 years ago, this company are seen continued organic growth and are now looking to further bolster their maintenance team due to further expansion.
In this role you will be responsible for a team of 5 engineers, overseeing their maintenance work at different client sites across parts of the East of England and East Midlands. You will be predominantly office based, occasionally visiting client sites to ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently, while occasionally assisting with the maintenance of commercial air conditioning units.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a HVAC background looking to get off the tools and progress their career with a company offering a days-only, Monday to Friday supervisory role with further progression into project management, further training opportunities and generous overtime.
The Role:
* Supervising a team of 5 engineers
* Office based with occasional travel to client sites
* 1-on-1 training from the current team
* Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm with overtime paid at 1.5x
