About the Role:

Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and project teams, you'll assist in the commercial management of various housing contracts from reactive maintenance to planned works and refurbishments.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Support in preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts.

2. Assist in cost tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
