What You’ll Do
* You’ll build, manage, and grow relationships with existing Vodafone Business customers, ensuring they stay engaged and supported
* You’ll handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, creating a seamless and positive customer experience
* You’ll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our mobile and converged product portfolio
* You’ll use solution selling to clearly differentiate Vodafone from competitors and align solutions to customer goals
* You’ll generate strong pipeline activity and consistently work towards achieving key sales and performance targets
* You’ll manage customer queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations
* You’ll contribute to improving customer satisfaction and NPS by delivering an end-to-end, high-quality experience
* You’ll collaborate with your team to share knowledge, test new approaches, and continuously improve how we work
* You’ll embrace change, adapt to evolving customer needs, and play your part in creating a positive and inclusive team culture
