Technical Project Manager – Town Hall

What You’ll Be Doing
* Build strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
* Translate client briefs into technical specs, proposals and quotes.
* Oversee pre‑production including crew scheduling, sub‑hires, transport and H&S documentation.
* Provide hands‑on support during setup, live operation and strike.
* Supervise freelance crews and ensure technical delivery meets client expectations.
* Collaborate with Sales Operations, Technical and BD teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Manage project budgets, monitor expenses and support invoicing.
* Review technical plans, equipment lists and proposals for accuracy.
* Participate in venue walk‑throughs and assess risks or opportunities.
* Support events outside standard hours when needed.
* Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

A Bit About The Role
As a Technical Project Manager you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of Town Hall technical event projects. You’ll act as the main link between clients’ internal teams and freelance crews, ensuring that every event is delivered safely, smoothly and to the highest standard.
