AV Manager
Initial 3-month Contract Role
3 days a week in Sheffield office
£450 - £525, IR35
ECS Resource group are currently working with a World's Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for an AV Manager to support the full development life cycle of AV installations.
As an AV Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the design, installation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems, including managing projects, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.
* Act as the key intermediary between senior stakeholders and junior team members-supporting reporting lines both upwards and downwards.
* Ensure all AV works are completed and align with installation plans.
* Provide floorwalking support and assist end users with AV technology.
* Deliver first-line support on minor technical issues, including AV and basic IT/networking troubleshooting.
* Ensure effective communication and coordination with the AV team throughout the project life cycle.
Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:
* Good understanding of AV infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot and support AV hardware/software.
* Confident working on-site in a complex and high-expectation environment, managing tight timelines.
* Good interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Comfortable managing their own workload and reporting within a project team.
