Person Specification
* Must have a desirable degree from the geography-related subjects listed (or equivalent)
* Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
* Confident in knowledge of GCSE & A Level curriculum
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Commitment and ambition to succeed
