Our partner: A groundbreaking new multi-disciplinary venue in the heart of Central London designed to bring together various live experiences under one roof.
Responsibilities: Designing and delivering a top-tier brand offering that positions the venue as a preferred partner for forward-thinking companies seeking immersive, culturally credible activations and collaborations:
* Commercial & Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand partnership and sponsorship strategies; craft brand positioning and tailored commercial offers for diverse industries; establish pricing models and tiered partnership structures.
* Business Development & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential partners from brands, agencies, to cultural institutions; maintain high-value client relationships; represent the venue at events, festivals, and forums for partnership development.
* Campaign Delivery & Integration: Oversee activation delivery; collaborate with marketing, production, and programming teams to integrate partnerships; monitor and report performance to refine future collaborations.
* Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Founder & Artistic Director to align partnership strategy with the venue’s overall vision; foster a high-performing, creative culture with clear KPIs and growth plans.
Experience and skills that will ensure success: An experienced brand partnerships leader with an agency background and a successful history of developing creative commercial collaborations across media, fashion, tech, lifestyle, and culture sectors.
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A deep understanding of brand marketing, sponsorship strategies, and campaign integration.
* Strong commercial acumen combined with a creative sensibility, balancing targets with brand integrity.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Comfort working closely with senior stakeholders and founders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
