Job Description
The European Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the European sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships across the region.You will work closely with utility providers, power companies, industrial operators, EPCs, and infrastructure organisations to promote advanced technology solutions into critical environments.Further responsibilities include:-
3. Develop new business opportunities across Europe
4. Build and manage relationships with utility, power, and industrial customers
5. Drive revenue growth through strategic account management
6. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation
7. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver customer solutions
8. Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
9. Maintain market awareness and competitor intelligence
The Successful Applicant
The successful European Sales Manager will:-
10. Have proven experience in a sales or business development role across Europe
11. Ideally be experienced selling into utilities, power, energy, infrastructure, or industrial markets
12. Have experience selling technical products, sensors, monitoring systems, or industrial technology solutions would be advantageous
13. Possess strong commercial and relationship-building skills
14. Be comfortable in managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
15. Be able to travel across Europe as required
