Job title: Senior Project Administrator Location: Frimley Salary: Competitive What you'll be doing: Will support Project Management and Administration activities across the Sector Digital and Data team. Will support Projects generally associated to internal initiatives or projects associated with internal investment. Will coordinate and support various aspects of project management across the Digital and Data team. Organising meetings, maintaining documentation, tracking activity and facilitating communication across the team. Lead and manage all Digital and Data communications including taking responsibility for the communications plan; Proactively engaging with the digital and data community within our business. Working closely with the members of the Digital and Data Team to ensure that goals and objectives are being met on time. Your skills and experiences: Solid understanding of project management principles, including project lifecycle, planning, execution, monitoring and closure Project Documentation - Ability to create, organise and maintain documentation including plans schedules and status reports Awareness of Risk Management - Identification assessment strategies and mitigation, this may include the dynamic application.
