Key Responsibilities
Assist with building surveys and defect analysis
Contribute to dilapidation reports, specifications and schedules
Support contract administration and site inspections
Gain exposure to party wall matters and client liaison
Work closely with experienced surveyors across a wide range of projects What We’re Looking For
A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline (RICS accredited)
Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in building surveying
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ambition to work towards chartership
