Purpose of the role
To provide effective, pro-active management of Clients inventory both physically and on the WMI system to ensure that the information that both contain is consistent and accurate. Working closely with the Warehouse Team and Full Service Inventory Team to ensure optimum inventory accuracy, availability and management allowing effective utilisation of warehouse capacity, ensuring that Client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
Working with Warehouse Team Leaders to investigate and resolve inventory queries,
Follow up on any Client related request/enquiry. Collate and key the relevant data.
Effective control and management of the Batch Release process, ensuring inventory is locked and released as per Clients instructions.
