Salary- £25,000-£28,500 +commission OTE £50-£80k and company vehicle

What you’ll do:

Visit properties to engage with individuals and recover unpaid debts
*
Help people understand their financial options and set up payment plans
*
Learn to assess vulnerability and provide respectful, ethical enforcement
*
Receive full support and training to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent
What they’re looking for:
* Full UK driving licence (2+ years)
* Confident, empathetic communicator
* Self-motivated, professional, and ready for a challenge
* Previous debt collection or military or police force experience would be a benefit
