Role Overview: The busy kitchen team needs a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of desserts, puddings, and sweet creations for various hotel events and dining experiences, including restaurant desserts and afternoon teas. Requirements:
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
* Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills
* Planning and time management abilities
* Flexible attitude
* Experience in relevant disciplines
* NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
