Shift Pattern
Working a variety of shifts between the hours of 7.30am-9.30pm Monday-Sunday, 4 days on – 4 days off rota.
Role Overview
Senior post within the Care at Home & Enablement team in East Ross.
Responsibilities
* Supervising a team of enablement workers.
* Creating and reviewing client care plans.
* Supporting the scheduler with rota cover and working hours.
* Assisting the officer with day-to-day running of the service.
* Providing assistance or support to people in their own homes, maintaining, maximizing and promoting the independence and lifestyle of vulnerable people to avoid hospital admission and facilitate a supported hospital discharge.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Self‑motivated and dynamic approach.
* Good team‑working abilities, ability to communicate, supervise and effectively support your team with day‑to‑day care queries.
* Experience working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver personalised care whilst ensuring health and social care standards are maintained along with NHS values.
* Ideally hold an SVQ 3 or above.
* A driving licence and use of your own car are essential.
