We seek someone capable of enabling Children’s Services to meet statutory obligations by offering timely and effective business support services to Senior Managers and their service areas. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are paramount, along with being well-organized and flexible. You must be reliable and able to work individually and as part of a team. What the job involves Your role and responsibilities will encompass interesting, varied, and challenging tasks, where you will take the lead for delegated work activities relevant to the specific service areas being supported. You will be the first point of contact for service users and staff, providing advice and progressing activity in projects to contribute to the service's effectiveness. You will handle administrative work, prepare performance data, support document preparation, and assist in meetings organization, always maintaining a professional image of the Directorate and the County Council.
