Looking for a flexible, high-impact role where you can truly own the commercial agenda? This is a rare opportunity to join a respected not-for-profit membership organisation in a fully autonomous hybrid role that can be shaped around your lifestyle. Officially 65 hours per month, the role could suit someone working 3 days per week, five half days, or even two full-on weeks each month. You’ll take the lead on revenue generation, corporate partnerships, media sales, and marketing campaigns, making a visible difference in a varied and rewarding position.
What You’ll Bring
* A strong track record in B2B marketing, sales, account management, or fundraising, with a sharp commercial focus and a passion for driving revenue.
* Experience gained within professional services, membership organisations, charities, or media/advertising sales would be especially valuable.
* If your background is more marketing-led, you’ll also be confident picking up the phone and following up warm interest with prospective partners.
* Excellent organisation and admin skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and keep momentum across varied activity.
* A solid grasp of digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to represent the organisation at key national industry exhibitions and events.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the commercial performance of the organisation’s industry journal, ensuring advertising revenue targets are achieved.
* Generate income by selling monthly e-shot opportunities to corporate partners.
* Manage and sell sponsored social media activity, creating a well-balanced and engaging campaign schedule.
* Secure sponsorship for educational webinars and podcast content.
* Develop and deliver tailored marketing and promotional campaigns for established corporate partners.
* Represent the organisation at major national trade shows, while also managing enquiries, renewals, and administration for the course accreditation scheme.
